Accessing phpMyAdmin
By Joe Gardiner Wednesday, 24th March 2010
Logging in to phpMyAdmin is simple, and is possible through two locations of the CatN control panel.
The first thing to do is head over CatN.com, and login to the Control Panel.
You can either access phpMyadmin through the database section of a specific vCluster, or use the Tools sidebar menu and specify the vCluster in the following menu.
Route 1
Let's start with navigating through a specific vCluster.
In the Database settings screen there is a phpMyadmin login form under the database settings screen. If you have just created your vCluster I recommend changing your database password to something memorable, instead of using the default randomly generated password. In the quick video guide you can see I change my password before logging in to phpMyadmin.
Enter your password, or newly created password, and Login.
If successful you'll be directed to the phpMyadmin dashboard. Simple as that!
Route 2
This time instead of going to a specific vCluster, we can use the Tools sidebar menu.Enter your username and password, (can be found on the Database section of your vCluster), and Login. If successful you'll be directed to the phpMyadmin dashboard.
