Audits

In order to provide a reliable platform that continues to develop using new technologies and improves, it is important for us to carry out audits in the CatN data centre. Regular internal audits allow us to determine the effectiveness of our hosting solution to deliver the CatN vCluster product.

Audits are carried out by our system administrators who not only benchmark hordware end track market improvements, but also monitor the efficiency of the data centre infrastructure such as cooling and power consumption.

The audits are extended to infrastructure of the data centre. We carry out Generator test and power grid isolation tests to ensure that we are able to continue service in the case of a power cut.

All the results are stored in an Audit spread sheet which is updated weekly. Using a system like this allows us to rapidly respond to any problems discovered, and keep track of improvements over time.

Being able to rapidly resolve any infrastructure problems is vital to the success of any data centre, and allows our clients with critical data to trust the service CatN provides.
